It will also demonstrate the capability to undertake a variety of management assignments, projects and programmes. I am an experienced senior manager and, prior to becoming a consultant, an Operations Director with a large retail organisation. I have a strong track record of delivery over many years, in terms of both operational performance and driving transformation within the business. My work has involved implementing significant change into a variety of organisations.
