Tim LawsonBusiness change affects organisations of all sizes. This site provides an overview of the change management consultancy services that I offer. It will also demonstrate the capability to undertake a variety of management assignments, projects and programmes.

I am an experienced senior manager and, prior to becoming a consultant, an Operations Director with a large retail organisation. I have a strong track record of delivery over many years, in terms of both operational performance and driving transformation within the business. My work has involved implementing significant change into a variety of organisations.

In order to continue to grow in today's economic climate, organisations need to be able to develop themselves... in short they need to change! I can help them do that.

Success at Retail Solutions PDF Print E-mail

One of my projects achieved double award success at Retail Solutions 07. The EPoS implementation for Celebrations Group, with Toshiba and ITIM, won not only its category 'EPoS Initiative of the Year' but also achieved 'best in show' by being awarded the top honour of 'Retail Technology Solution of the Year'!
